Animal Wisdom Drumming Circle
Everything has vibration. Using drums & rattles we can create harmony, relaxation, healing, increase energy & shift consciousness.
Helen will help you gain insight from spirit animal elders, using rhythm and intention. This includes the ‘Winged Ones’, ‘Swimming Ones’, Burrowing Ones’ and the ‘4 leggeds’. Discover which energy can help you at this time in your life.
Daniel will lead a drumming circle which begins with random chaotic noise and develops into harmonious sound. He will demonstrate different beats and what they are used for.
If you have a percussion instrument (drum, rattle, bell etc) please bring it with you. Daniel & Helen will also introduce their workshops for this trip.

Animal Clan Readings & the Medicine Wheel NEW
Animal clans have wisdom that can help us. Connect with the energies of different animals to gain insight for yourself and others. We will use a mixture of animal clan cards and medicine wheel layouts to do readings. Some processes will be light hearted and fun, others will be deep and meaningful (sometimes both at once!).
Topics include: Your animal personality, calculate which animal wisdoms relate to your now according to your age, insight into relationships (compatibility & challenges), simple & complex readings, lessons you are learning now, insight into timing of events

Craft Class: Create a Wrapped Medicine Wheel Symbol NEW
Wrapped medicine wheels have been used by Native American’s for 1000’s of years. Medicine wheels represent wisdom, balance & the sacredness of life. They are used for protection, peace and to bring healing energy. A wrapped medicine wheel is created with a medicine wheel blank, ochre paint, sinew, prayers and then brought to life with a blessing. They can be made for yourself or for someone else. You can carry it in your pocket or place it in a special place to attract good energy. You can also put one over a photo or picture to support a person or a place. Daniel’s craft classes are always fun & enjoyable.
Topics include: make and take home your own medicine wheel symbol, ceremony to consecrate your symbol, how to use your wrapped medicine wheel.

Clearing Emotional baggage & Self Empowerment NEW
This workshop is a 2 part process:
Part 1: Cleansing
This includes a cut-away to get rid of any emotional baggage that is weighing you down. Remove negative patterns around family relationships, past relationships and other people in your life (including ex-friends, colleagues, school mates). Make space for a relaxed, more empowered you.
Topics include: More clarity on what you want to let go of, release limiting beliefs, heal past hurts, forgiveness, healthy boundaries, cleansing ceremony.
Part 2: Self Empowerment
This includes a ceremony to walk the sacred path towards your Higher Self. Along the way you will be guided to re-discover your own strengths and unique vibration, and merge with your Higher Self. Your Higher Self is an aspect of you that is wise, loving and powerful.
Topics include: More clarity on who you are becoming, increased inner confidence, being compassionate towards yourself, self respect, sacred count and the medicine wheel, Higher Self Empowerment Ceremony

Healing with Stones & the Medicine Wheel
Learn how to use stones & crystals together with symbols to help the physical body heal. Daniel will teach you a Native American method to amplify the body’s own natural healing process. Stones are like allies – they increase the strength and stamina of a healer. Using stones can extend the amount of time that someone receives healing energy. You will learn through experience and working on each other. Daniel will bring stones and crystals to class for you to practice with.

Abundance Pot Ceremony
A very popular ceremonial process for creating more abundance in your life. Abundance means having more than enough, enough to be generous. It is about the quality of life and freedom to live the way you want. This ceremony is about making choices and putting them into action by creating an abundance pot. The pot symbolises everything you wish for and acts like a magnet, drawing abundance towards you. It is part practical and part spiritual. The practical part is making choices and creating a pot that overflows with everything you need and want. The spiritual part is the prayers and energy used in making the pot. This process is effective and fun. Daniel’s ceremony is based upon Tibetan, Native American and Celtic traditions. You can make a pot for yourself or for friends and loved ones. A pot made for yourself will be more powerful than one made for someone else. You will be instructed on how to prepare during the introduction evening.

Supervision Class for Crystal-Winds Healers
This supervision session is for the purposes of sharing, and reflecting upon, healing work, under Helen’s supervision. It is an opportunity to talk about your practical experience working with clients. For students who have taken any Healing workshop with Daniel Darby or Helen Forty.
