Finger Labyrinth Wisdom & Intro to Daniel Darby
Finger labyrinths are a great way of encouraging mindfulness and finding an oasis of calm. They can help you relax, feel better when upset, and help you concentrate. A finger labyrinth is similar to a full sized labyrinth you would walk, except it is much smaller. Come and learn to use a finger labyrinth to let go of stress and to ground yourself after a long days work. This is an easy and fun process. Topics include finger labyrinths for: releasing & letting go, grounding and centering, mantras to use, take home your own finger labyrinth. Daniel will also introduce his workshops for this trip.

Native American Medicine Wheel (CWT Shaman 2)
In Native American tradition the medicine wheel is used in healing, teaching, ceremonies, divination, prayer and to get answers to questions. The wheel describes the journey of life as a spiral, and as you walk the path you gain many different perspectives. The wheel stores the collected wisdom and knowledge of the elders, healers, chiefs and shamans. Topics include using a medicine wheel to: create an energy vortex, gain balance, healing & distance healing. Additional topics include: wheel symbology, clockwise & anticlockwise wheels, permanent & temporary wheels, prayers and protocols.

Shamanic Journeying 2 (CWT Shaman 2)
Journeying or the art of travelling out of your body is at the heart of shamanic practice. In this workshop Daniel will teach you to journey for healing and working with dreams. This includes using the medicine wheel to isolate & understand parts of a person or dream, and to understand the symbology of dream and disease. Topics include journeying for: healing, dream analysis, dream work for yourself and others.

Web Wisdom (CWT Shaman 2)
The structure of creation is held together by vibrating webs. In science this is called string theory, in Native American tradition it is the story of grandmother spider. By knowing how to work with webs you gain access to the building blocks of the Universe. Topics include spinning coloured webs of energy to: heal, extract negative thought forms, protect, energise and to strengthen your connection with Spirit.

Prerequisite: This is an advanced class. You need the ability to run energy from your fingers, so Earth Energy Hands-on Healing (CWT Healing 1) is a requirement. Alternatively, if you can do reiki or another form of healing might be okay – please check with Daniel. The medicine wheel class is not required but highly recommended.

Native American Corn Ceremony
This ceremony is based upon a Native American rite of renewal and purification. It starts with letting go of things you no longer need, and forgiving the past. Then when you have emptied out the old; it’s time to be grateful and attract new abundance. This powerful ceremony includes rhythmic dance movements to help you access deeper states of consciousness. The new corn symbolises all you need for a good life. Topics include: release & letting go, cleansing & energy purification, forgiveness of self & others, healing dance to help build energy, gratitude & giving thanks, corn dance for abundance, celebration & sharing food. Please bring with you: some food to share at the end. Please note, there will be no lunch break. Traditionally participants fast during the process until the end when we share food. If you prefer you may bring small snacks to eat during breaks.

Craft W’shop: Make a Medicine Wheel Ceremonial Cloth
Medicine wheels create a vortex of energy which is protective, supports channeling and shamanic journeying and adds power to ceremony. In this class you sew stones onto a cloth to make a permanent medicine wheel that you can carry with you. This is very practical! Make yourself a medicine wheel that can be set up in 5 seconds! It means you will have a ready-made medicine wheel to use a home, when travelling or anywhere you need it. Create scared space to use anywhere! You can use your medicine wheel ceremonial cloth for meditation, relaxation, energising, protection and/or prayer.

* Daniel will supply sets of stones/crystals, but you need to supply the cloth. The cloth needs to be a minimum of 1m X 1m natural fabric (i.e. cotton or wool). The traditional colour is red, but you can use any colour.
Abundance Pot Ceremony
A very popular ceremonial process for creating more abundance in your life. Abundance means having more than enough, enough to be generous. It is about the quality of life and freedom to live the way you want. This ceremony is about making choices and putting them into action by creating an abundance pot. The pot symbolises everything you wish for and acts like a magnet, drawing abundance towards you. It is part practical and part spiritual. The practical part is making choices and creating a pot that overflows with everything you need and want. The spiritual part is the prayers and energy used in making the pot. This process is effective and fun. Daniel’s ceremony is based upon Tibetan, Native American and Celtic traditions. You can make a pot for yourself or for friends and loved ones. A pot made for yourself will be more powerful than one made for someone else. You will be instructed on how to prepare during the introduction evening.

This supervision session is for the purposes of sharing, and reflecting upon, healing work, under Daniel’s supervision. It is an opportunity to talk about your practical experience working with clients, and ask questions. For students who have taken any Crystal-Winds Healing workshop. The topic this time is death & dying, although questions and sharing from any topic are welcome.

In ancient Egypt initiates were placed in a small enclosure and left in the dark to prepare them for ascension. This tested their courage and helped them develop self knowledge.
